Packages start at AED 29 for 30 minutes, and all prices shown include 5% VAT. Extra time beyond your package is AED 0.80 per minute.
Trips are currently settled in cash at the market booth when you arrive. Card and Apple Pay checkout are coming in an upcoming update. The optional YallaCarry Pro subscription is billed through your App Store / Google Play account.
Yes — every YallaCarry Agent passes UAE police verification and identity validation before activation, wears a navy vest, and carries a numbered badge shown in the app.
Yes. During the trip, tap "Extend time" to add 30 minutes, 1 hour, or 2 hours.
Cancel free of charge from the search screen or the Bookings tab any time before your Agent is matched. Once matched, contact support and we'll help.
After each trip you can add AED 10/15/20 or a custom tip. Agents keep 100% of tips.
Pro is an auto-renewable subscription billed by Apple/Google. Manage or cancel it in your device's subscription settings (iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions). Use "Restore purchases" on the Profile tab after reinstalling.
Profile tab → "Earn with YallaCarry". Register with your name, badge number, and primary market. Agents keep 70% of every fare plus 100% of tips, with weekly payouts every Sunday.
